A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of No. 1 in the judgment of the defendant, for a crime of No. 2 in the judgment of the court below.

[criminal records] On February 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year of imprisonment with prison labor for forgery of private documents at the Daejeon District Court on July 30, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 30, 2015.

1. From July 12, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) has operated an intermediate recycling company of wastes under the trade name called A Co., Ltd. (E) located in Asan City from July 12, 2012.
