1. The Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal shall revoke a trial decision in relation to a case No. 1627 of April 19, 2018;

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Defendants.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants are joint patentees of the instant patented invention (No. 3) as follows.
