Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) expressed a bath to the effect that the victim B (53) who is an agent did not receive an additional driving fee of KRW 5,000 from the Defendant on the ground that he did not receive an additional driving fee of KRW 5,00,00 from the Defendant; (b) brought an assault by cutting down the victim’s boom belt and cutting down the victim’s boom during the dispute with the victim.
