1. The Defendants shall pay to the Plaintiff each share indicated in the separate sheet corresponding to the separate sheet No. 2, among each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in attached Form 3;

2. Applicable provisions;

A. Article 288 of the Civil Procedure Act against Defendant B, C, D, and E (the above Defendants led to the entire confession of the Plaintiff’s assertion)

B. Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) (a) of the Civil Procedure Act regarding the remaining Defendants other than the Defendants mentioned in paragraph (a) (a)

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and the burden of litigation cost is borne by each party pursuant to Article 99 of the Civil Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
