Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 23, 2016.
