A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2014, around 23:10, the Defendant reported D's 112 report while arguing that D's 'Ecafeteria' of D' of Naju-si did not cause D' to trauma, and reported D' 119 to the police on the premise that D's 'Ecafeteria' of D' of Naju-si was arrested.

On August 21, 2014, around 23:40 on August 21, 2014, the Defendant continued to take a bath by the police officer of the Naju Police Station, who was called out after receiving the request for assistance from G, and was trying to arrest the Defendant, who was suffering from disturbance, as a flagrant offender in the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, and assaulted the face of the above H one time in his hand, thereby hindering the police officer from performing his legitimate duties in relation to criminal investigation.
