A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 18, 2019, at around 03:15, the injured Defendant d (50 years of age) who performed drinking in front of the convenience store C in Seocho-si B, Seosan-si, had the victim d (50 years of age) scam and take a bath against the Defendant and boomed the victim D with her bomb by hand on the ground that he was at the time of her her cam, and her scam and her body, the injured Defendant d’s face and body was scam back to the victim d’s face and body, etc., and the victim E (59 years of age) went the victim E in front of the victim E by leaving the victim E, and then she scamed the victim E so that the victim E face and body could take care of about 4 weeks and her body, and she suffered injury, such as bad scam for the victim E to undergo approximately 4 weeks treatment.

2. The Defendant damaged the property damage in such a way as to inflict damage on the victim F with knowledge of the establishment of GObaba at the time, place, etc. set forth in paragraph (1) in the direction that D was installed with the above Obaba in the direction where D was installed, as described in paragraph (1), so as to cause the above Obaba in excess of 400,000 won, thereby damaging the above Obaba in such a way as to let D go beyond the above Obababa.

3. On May 18, 2019, at around 03:30 on May 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported that there was a dispute between the Defendant and the victims; and (b) received questioning from the Security Guards belonging to the H District Unit of the Seosan Police Station, which called out after having received a report, of the instant case; (c) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of the 112 report by assaulting the Defendant at one time on the part of the H District Unit of the Seosan Police Station, which was called out.
