A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

From January 19, 2013, the Defendant was engaged in store management work in the Dam of the victim C's operation in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu.

On June 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 400,000 to the Defendant’s her father’s son’s son’s I’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s account (E); (b) managed the Victim’s Doctrine’s Doctrine’s Doctrine’s Doctrine’s Doctrine’s Doctrine’s Doctrine’s Doctrine’s Doctrine’s Doctrine’s Doc.

From around that time to September 26, 2014, the Defendant transferred the total amount of KRW 32,816,386 from the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the victim or F to the new cooperative account in the name of I in total 29 times in the manner described in the attached list of crimes, and KRW 3,800,800 among them transferred to the post office account account in the name of the Defendant, and paid the remainder of KRW 29,015,586 to the customer in the name of D, and consumed it with money for gambling.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property of the victim while on duty.

However, the fact that the amount embezzled by the defendant is relatively large, and the defendant recognizes all of the crimes.
