Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 19, 2012, at around 22:10, the Defendant demanded to change the credit in the instant singing room operated by the victim C (V, 50 years of age) in Ulsan-gun B, Ulsan-gun.

When the victim refuses to accept the credit, he/she would go together with his/her driver's behaviors.

After the grasing of a gymnasium, the victim expressed that "I am well, she will do so, she will not do so, she will do so," and reported that I ambling of the telephone engine to report by the victim, "I ambling off the victim's left hand, etc., so I am off the part of the victim's 14-day medical treatment, and sexual assaulted the female for 14-day medical treatment, the second left hand, and the second left part of the left part, which is the part of the victim's 14-day medical treatment."
