1. Basic facts

A. On March 9, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction work with Defendant KC Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”), setting the contract amount of KRW 22 months from the commencement of construction period, the contract amount of KRW 181,50,000,00 with respect to the construction work for the construction work of a new urban support facility A-2 block above ground in the Sungnam-si Housing Site Development Zone (hereinafter “instant construction work”). On September 6, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the construction work with Defendant KC Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant construction work”). The contract amount of KRW 183,67,000,000 was increased to the contract amount of KRW 183,67,000 (hereinafter “instant contract”).

In addition, Article 15 of the Special Conditions for the Contract of this case provides that the defendant company shall accept the contract without objection when it executes the contract in a manner different from the contract document (including any modified document) or when it uses any material not indicated in the contract document (including any modified document) after the contract is terminated or after completion.

B. On October 17, 201, the Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association (hereinafter “Defendant Mutual Aid Association”) concluded a contract on the instant construction project with the Defendant Company as indicated in the following table.
