Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2014, at around 22:10, the Defendant committed assault against the victim on the ground that the victim B (the South and the age of 22) driven a motor vehicle in front of the “GS25 convenience store” located in the Sinsan-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and that the victim B (the age of 22) parked in a dangerous manner following the Defendant.
