Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:50 on May 3, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in Suwon-si B, and the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties by the police officer, on his hand, who was urged to return home from E by the police officer affiliated with the police box of Suwon Police Station D, who was dispatched after receiving the 112 report, to go home from the said police officer, by putting the buckbucks of the said police officer twice by tearing the bucks of the said police officer, and walking the bucks of the said police officer twice in his hand.
