A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a couple who has been married for about four years since the marriage in 1998 between the victim C (mast, 38 years of age) and the couple who has been married for about four years.

1. Around May 13, 2017, the Defendant violated the victim’s residence and assault on the ground that the victim’s external attitude is doubtful at the victim’s residence located in Yasan-si D apartment, 105 Dong 106, and the victim’s house located in 105 Dong 106, entered the victim’s living room, using the victim’s window, and intrudes on the victim’s living room. The victim discovered the victim from the living room, and the victim was able to do assault the victim, by hand, by stating that the victim would be “the deceased.”

2. On January 24, 2018, the injured Defendant 16:00, at the above D apartment 105 front of the said D apartment 105 parking lot, she saw the victim’s body by hand and boomed the victim’s body, and blurged the victim’s body, and blurged the victim over 14 days in need of treatment.

3. Around 02:00 on January 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) carried a knife (15cm in length, 14cm in length) which is a dangerous object used in slaughtering the victim’s residence on the ground that the victim’s external appearance is doubtful; and (b) carried the knife (15cm in length, 14cm in length) in the said victim’s residence; (c) intrudes the knife with the knife of the knife in the knife; and (d) intrudes the victim in the living room; and (e) threatened the victim by taking the knife in the knife in order to put the victim into fnife.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things into the residence of the victim, and threatened the victim.
