1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) that is a person engaging in driving a two-wheeled motor vehicle with no registered 100cc.

On March 25, 2019, the Defendant driven the said two-wheeled vehicle as its duties on March 25, 2019, and led C ahead of the two-wheeled vehicle in the border B to E Association from the side of the D market.

At this point, there is a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely driving a driver who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle with a long distance crossing without signal, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went on to the left-hand side of the Victim F (36 years of age) driving GMW car, which was going to the left-hand side from the right-hand side of the course due to negligence, received the front part of the Defendant’s two-wheeled automobile.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim at least two weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence, cages at the left-hand side, cages at the cryp and tensions.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act by neglecting the duty of care such as the time, place, and the preceding paragraph, thereby damaging property equivalent to approximately KRW 1,045,00 of the cost of repairing vehicles owned by the Victim F.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of 100cc U. S. Oral Ba.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 600 meters section from the front of the North Korean D market to the front of the C in paragraph (1).
