Punishment of the crime

A. Defendants A, B, and C jointly committed the crime is the actual operator of Company D, which is located in the 8th floor H of the building G G in Daegu-gu, and Defendant B is the representative in the form of the nominal owner of the registration of the Plaintiff D on August 31, 2016. Defendant C issued the false tax invoice in the name of D, and Defendant C is the actual person who issued the false tax invoice in the name of D, and the Defendants issued the false tax invoice to the companies such as I in the name of D and received from the companies in return for the issuance of the false tax invoice and received 7% amount of the tax invoice supply value from the companies.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired in collusion on October 21, 2016 and issued 30 copies of the sales invoice of 26,069,132 won to eight companies, including I, as shown in attached Table 1, from the time on December 31, 2016, as if they were to supply human resources equivalent to 26,069,132 won, even though they did not supply goods or services to I, the Defendants issued 1 copy of the sales invoice of 26,069,132 won to I, and issued 30 copies of the sales invoice of 1,228,087,966 won in total as shown in attached Table 1.
B. Defendant D Co., Ltd.: (a) at the date and time, and at the place specified in paragraph (1) A, the actual operator of the Defendant, committed the above violation regarding the Defendant’s business.
2. 2017 Highest 6586 Defendant A is a person who has substantially operated L Co., Ltd. in the Dong-gu J building K in Daegu-gu.
No tax invoice shall be issued or received without being supplied with goods or services pursuant to tax-related Acts.
Defendant
A The fact that around October 31, 2015, around the Daegu Suwon-gu is not more than the fact that goods and services were supplied to M Co., Ltd., but the supply price of 17,965,00 won is equivalent to KRW 17,965,00,00, including issuing one invoice of tax invoice to M Co., Ltd.
