Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was in custody of the Victim C (Y, 23 years of age) and C’s balone, who was sent with C’s balone photo for about six years, was born by a new male-parent body and asked C to have his balone photo, etc., and baloneed C’s balone photo, etc. to put C in a state where many and unspecified persons can see it, in order to put C’s dwelling and work place.
