Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2014, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.166% on blood alcohol level around 22:00, the Defendant driven a BMW car at approximately 300 meters away from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Samsungdong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to approximately 644 meters away from the 300-meter road.
