Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 2531] On September 30, 2011, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Seo-gu District Court’s Seo- Branch Branch on September 30, 201, and was notified of a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime in the same court on July 9, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

On September 6, 2019, at around 01:55, the Defendant driven the Cbenz car without obtaining a driver’s license in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 10km from the parking lot of the G Hospital located in Daegu-gu to the shooting distance of the multi-company located in the Dagdong-si, Daegu-si.

[2019 Highest 2936] On September 30, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the branch court of the Daegu District Court, and on July 9, 2018, the same court issued a summary order of four million won for the same crime, respectively. On September 25, 2019, the Defendant was indicted for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the branch court of the Daegu District Court.

On September 26, 2019, the Defendant driven Cbenz automobiles with approximately 1.6km alcohol concentration 0.065% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license from the front to the front road of about 1.6km on the D hotel in Daegu-gun, a Madz car in the influence of alcohol level.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice, and simultaneously driven a motor vehicle without a driver's license.
