Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2013, the victim C prepared a written consent from the Corporation that the victim would pay 4.5 million won to the defendant and the victim would damage the drainage system.

On November 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around the Defendant’s residential area located in Gwangju-si, requested the victim to carry out construction works to ask a drainage pipe in accordance with the above construction agreement; (b) to ask a drainage pipe not 600 meters long but 800 meters long; and (c) interfere with the victim’s construction works by force, such as blocking the front of the excavation in the track.
