The reasons for this court's acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance except for the following changes, and thus, they are cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure

The modified part of the first instance court's decision is that "42 million won is deemed to be appropriated as the construction cost of the building of this case" under two below the second part of the second instance judgment, "42 million won is deemed to have been used for the plaintiff."

The phrase “each description of evidence A 1 through 8” shall be changed to “each description or image of evidence A 1 through 14” from the second to the third page below the first instance judgment.

Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is justified, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
