1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

In addition to the statement in Gap evidence No. 3, the defendants filed an application for compulsory execution of corporeal movables based on the executory exemplification of the 1709 judgment rendered by the Busan District Court 2020 Ghana branch court of the Busan District Court 200Ga group 1709. As a result, on August 6, 2020, the seizure of corporeal movables listed in the attached Table F to this Court (hereinafter "corporeal movables of this case") can be acknowledged.

The plaintiff asserts that since G, a representative of the plaintiff, purchased and owns the movable property of this case from E, compulsory execution against the movable property of this case shall not be permitted, but even according to the plaintiff's assertion itself, the movable property of this case is not owned by the plaintiff. Thus, the plaintiff's assertion is without merit without further review.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
