A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who, from April 28, 2015, operates a commercial sex trafficking business establishment under the trade name of “D” from Busan Seo-gu C4th level.

On May 8, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant provided guidance to the room where female employees are waiting to engage in the act of similarity that stimulates sexual organ by receiving a charge of KRW 70,00 from the police officers who visited the above business establishment as customers, and from May 12, 2015, the Defendant provided guidance to the room where the female employees are waiting to engage in the act of similarity that may stimulate sexual organ by hand or in the entrance. On May 12, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 1.20,000,000 from two police officers who reported Internet advertisements and found them as customers, and provided guidance to engage in commercial sex acts by way of sexual intercourse with Chinese women who are commercial sex acts.
