1. The Defendant’s KRW 7,446,00,000 per annum for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 19, 2013 to June 11, 2013.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties is that the Plaintiff is a local government that has promoted the designation of industrial complexes, such as future mountain groups, and development projects by attracting private capital from around 2007 to the jurisdiction of the Plaintiff, which was a special purpose corporation (SPC and Specicici (hereinafter referred to as “invested companies”) established on August 1, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as “SPC and Specicici (hereinafter referred to as “Specici”) established on the ground that the project waves following the implementation of the development project and the line of business (hereinafter referred to as “Seciciciciciciciiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii).
B. On October 31, 2007, prior to the conclusion of the implementation agreement for the development project of the future Industrial Complex, the Defendant entered into an agreement with the investors on the implementation of the development project of the future Industrial Complex (hereinafter “private investment implementation agreement”) with the following contents, in order to facilitate private investment in the development project of the future Industrial Complex:
Article 3 (Project Plans) (1) Major points of the Project shall be as follows:
1. Project name: A project to create a future industrial complex;
2. Location: The number of members of the same Dong, king, king, Pung-si, Dong, Dong; and
3. Area: 2,322,900 square meters;
4. Investment amount: the amount as provided in Article 4.
5. Project period: Article 4 (Investment and Support of Project Funds)1 of the 2007 to 2010 (Investment and Support of Funds) (1) Investors shall invest the following project funds:
1. Various kinds of compensation, such as land, land, and water required for business;
2. Various construction expenses required for the project;
3. Various design and service costs required for the project;
4. All kinds of incidental expenses necessary to implement the project.
5. Other needs, Article 7 (Sale of Site) (1) The sale price shall be the industrial location and development, such as the expenses for which the companies of Jeonnam-do and the Defendant and investors have consulted.
