The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Around November 21, 2012, the Defendant was openly insulting a police officer, who was dispatched by the Defendant’s report, on the ground that he did not treat the police officer as required by the Defendant’s report in front of a gallon’s gallon located in Jin-dong, Busan, on November 7, 2012.
