A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 19, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Western District Court on June 19, 2007, and was sentenced to a fine of one million and five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Incheon District Court on August 14, 2008, and on May 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Southern District Court on May 3, 2016.
As above, the Defendant violated the duty of prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol twice, and once again, was under the influence of alcohol at around 22:30 on February 3, 2019, the Defendant driven a C-A-Wd-Wd-Wd-Wd-Wed-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-
