Reasons
1. The Plaintiff’s appeal cited in the judgment of the court of first instance is not significantly different from the allegations in the judgment of the court of first instance. In full view of the evidence submitted in the court of first instance and the evidence submitted in the court of first instance, and the circumstances in which the judgment confirming the Defendant’s removal from office becomes final and conclusive (see Supreme Court Decision 2019Da256488, Oct. 31, 2019), the recognition and determination of facts in the judgment of the court of first instance is deemed justifiable.
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
