1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. G purchased from H on April 10, 1939 99 square meters before I (328 square meters; hereinafter “pre-divisioned land”) from Jeonju-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 11, 1939.
B. Since the land before subdivision, the land category was changed into a site, and the name was changed to Jriri-ri-gun, Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, and on August 13, 1974, the land was divided into 17 square meters in the Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, 79 square meters in L, 192 square meters in M, 192 square meters in M, and 40 square meters in N, and on May 1, 1989, the name of the land was changed to Ori-dong, Jeonsi-gu, Jeonju-gun, Jeonju
(hereinafter referred to as "O Dong and lot number" shall be specified. (c)
As to P land, on April 24, 2008, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 24, 2008 due to sale on January 10, 1950 due to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership (amended by Act No. 7500, May 26, 2005; hereinafter “Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer to Q on January 16, 2014 due to sale on January 15, 2014.
R Land was changed from the land category to a road on June 3, 1985. On the same day, Defendant Complete-gun completed the registration of ownership transfer for the said land on October 13, 1974 pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership of Real Estate (wholly amended by Act No. 3562, Apr. 3, 1982; hereinafter “instant Act”). The registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of donation on October 13, 197. On February 18, 1987, the land was combined into S road and became 251 square meters of S road. Defendant Jeonju-si completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said land on July 9, 2007 due to succession on January 1, 1989.
E. F land was also changed from the land category to a road on June 3, 1985, and Defendant Full-gun completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the donation on October 13, 1974 pursuant to the law of this case on the same day. Defendant Jeonju City completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the succession on April 13, 2002 on the land of this case on May 17, 2002. The land of this case is land category on June 4, 2002.
