1. Indication of claim;
A. On August 19, 2016, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the attached list to the Defendant for rent of KRW 5,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 450,000 (payment on June of each month), and the lease period of September 5, 2018.
B. The Defendant delayed the payment of monthly rent from October 6, 2017, and the Plaintiff notified the termination of the contract three months prior to the expiration date and requested the delivery of the building.
