A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. When the Defendant had been nominated as a fine unpaid, he had the intention to obtain a renewed driver’s license in the name of C in order to drive his two balls C.

On March 18, 2016, the Defendant entered C’s name, resident registration number, driver’s license number, address, mobile phone number, and signed C’s name in the column for issuance and signed C’s column with the applicant column in the application form for re-issuance of a driver’s license, with the aim of exercising the license, at the Gansi-si test site located in 2267.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of an application for re-issuance of a driver's license in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, exercised the instant investigation document as if the application for re-issuance of a forged driver’s license was duly formed, as described in paragraph 1, at the public service center of the acceptable driver’s license test site, who is aware of the forgery.

3. On April 11, 2016, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document presented the Defendant’s model C’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency in the Gyeonggi District Police Agency in the name of the official document, which was issued and kept by the person in charge of personnel in order to find employment in the above company at the E-door point located in Da at the time of harmony, as if he were the Defendant’s driver’s license.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

4. The Defendant: (a) from April 12, 2016 to April 24, 2016, served as a matter of course at the E-house e-house routing point located in E-house routing in E-house routing from Apr. 12, 2016.

On April 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 08:48, around 08, entered the store classification store of the above E’s home dispatch; (b) had one household compensation in the amount of 50,000 won at the victim F’s market price.
