A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a business owner who had been awarded a contract for construction of D detached Housing for KRW 450 million from E to a person who engages in personal construction business without business registration while living in Scheon-si C, and is a safety and health management manager for workers belonging to the above construction site.
1.
