A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. At around 16:00 on June 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion against the victim C by force, i.e., assaulting the victim C (the victim’s age 14)’s singing in the Esing room 9 located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) committing indecent act by force by force, i.e., singing the victim F of students who continued to engage in singing.

B. The defendant has continuously enjoyed the body of the victim to prevent the victim from getting out of her body.
