The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The facts charged in the instant case and the victim E are legal married parties who are currently in a divorce lawsuit.

A. On July 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on July 8, 2014, 2014, assaulted the victim’s head ftel in Songpa-gu Seoul, 1032 that he/she was married to the victim within 1032; and (b) that he/she was aware that he/she had pushed himself/herself out of the toilet and pushed him/herself, thereby breaking him/herself over the floor.

B. On October 3, 2014, the Defendant of the assaulted on October 3, 2014: (a) around October 21, 2014, at around October 3, 2014, suffered from a defect in talk within the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G apartment 702.

“A person who was frighten of a face, together with the bath theory of “a person who was frightened, committed an assault to fright the police to report it to the police.”

2. The victim’s statement is made as evidence directly corresponding to the facts charged in the instant case.

Around July 8, 2014, the victim stated to the effect that, around this Court, the Defendant was tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly tightly locked on the floor and bending to her body, and that, around October 3, 2014, the victim was divided into her buck, tightly tightly tightly, and sickly locked to her body.

However, the victim's statements are not reliable for the following reasons.

Rather, it is more persuasive in the defendant's legal action to the effect that there was a serious dispute between the husband and wife as stated in the facts charged, that the victim was unable to have avoided the disturbance, and that the defendant stated his arms and body while speaking the victim.

(1) On July 8, 2014, the victim did not mention the fact of assault to the police officers or first-aid service crew dispatched to the scene immediately after the incident occurred.

Rather, the victim stated to the effect that the fire fighter dispatched to the site did not have violence cases, and even though there was a dispute with the spouse, the victim made it possible for the hospital to proceed to the arms of the spouse, even though there was a dispute with the spouse.
