A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2017, at around 15:11, the Defendant driven a car from the parking lot of the Dana Hospital located in 253, the petition of the Dana Hospital, the Gu, and the rate of 313-1, from the parking lot of the Dana Hospital to the Cheongju-si, the Dana Center, via the Ha Center, without obtaining a driver's license from the Dana Hospital to the Dana Hospital parking lot.
