Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. For the purpose of uttering, the Defendant of the forgery of a private document: (a) “B” in Article 2(5) column of the Regional Total Sales Contract” type “A” in the D office operated by the Defendant under Article 503 of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was kept in his/her computer on June 5, 2014; (b) “B” shall do his/her best to manage the regional total sales and book stores in order to achieve the sales goals set by “A”; and (c) “B” shall not return more than 30% of the total shipment amount at the time of returning the sales targets set by “A” as at the end of the year; and (d) the excess amount exceeding 30% shall be at the time of returning the local total sales and book stores.

After arbitrarily changing into “B” and printing out at the bottom of the second right side of the contract: The address of “B”: Jeju E building 1, trade name “F”, and name: The name of “G (H) president” was written as “B.”

For the purpose of exercising as above, the Defendant forged one copy of the regional total sales contract in the name of F G, Inc., a private document related to the rights and obligations.

2. On June 5, 2014, the Defendant filed a claim for the payment of goods at the Seoul District Court located in Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court, Seocho-gu, Seoul, for the payment of goods at the center of Seocho-gu, Seoul Central District Court, and submitted one copy of the regional total sales contract forged as prescribed in paragraph (1) to a person in charge of the above court who is unaware of the fact that it was a document duly formed.
