A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2017, at around 09:05, the Defendant driven a D-light car without obtaining a driver's license from around 3.5 km section from the front road of the city of 09:05 to the 219th road of the local-nam Eup in the city of Masung.
