Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 18:00 on April 5, 2017, in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D (M, 41 years of age) located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant did not pay the amount after placing an order equivalent to KRW 38,000,000, including original ju and jun jun jun.

2. The Defendant interfering with his duties shall, on the date and time specified in paragraph 1, refuse to pay the amount of food under the influence of alcohol even after being demanded by the injured person from the place, and shall be exempted from his will and her name, and shall be “I are bad” to the victim.
