Punishment of the crime
On February 20, 2016, the Defendant driven QM5 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.190% at a distance of about 500 meters from the front road of the Defendant’s house located in B in the Southern-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-gun, to the front road of the chemical net elementary school located in the same Ri from the front road of the Defendant’s house located in the same Ri.
