A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant paid part of the office operating expenses in the C office located in the building in Ansan-si from July 2013 to May 2014, the defendant is an auction hub which personally operates the business.

No one, other than an attorney-at-law, shall handle or promise to receive money, valuables, entertainment or other benefits, in dealing with appraisal, representation, arbitration, reconciliation, solicitation, legal consultation, preparation of legal documents, and other legal affairs concerning litigation cases, non-contentious cases, etc.

Around September 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around September 12, 2013, the Defendant reported the advertisement of “C, A, and D Housing Auction in Ansan-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si,” which was posted by the Defendant in the living information book of Ansan-si, and (b) recommended auction goods including the foregoing goods until the successful bid is awarded; and (c) analyzed the successful bid price; and (d) received KRW 500,000 from E to receive the deposit of KRW 50,000 from E as one’s account, and provided legal counseling services

2. From October 14, 2013, around October 2013, the Defendant: (a) analyzed real rights to real estate in Seosan Branch of Daejeon District Court in a place similar to paragraph (1) at the same as that of paragraph (1); (b) prepared a bidding slip to obtain a successful bid in KRW 23,2870,000 with E at the Seosan Branch of Daejeon District Court; and (c) provided a substitute act, such as preparing a bid slip to obtain a successful bid in KRW 233,2870,00,000 with E; and (d) received KRW 5,70,000 from E in the name of “the successful bid for the handling of land auction affairs, the fee, and the cost of housing (director)

3. Around February 12, 2014, the Defendant received 1.3 million won from E to his account for the non-contentious case on the ground that there is a lack of additional costs for the auctioned real estate, such as Paragraph 2, by phone calling to E from the French land on February 12, 2014, and handled agency and legal affairs for the non-contentious case.

4. Around April 2014, the Defendant committed the crime on April 21, 201.
