On January 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) determined that the victim was subject to the crime of the victim E’s crime by using FWS car posted on the said “8 car site; (b) as if the victim were to purchase the said car on the roads prior to the Daejeon X-PS citizen plaza, Daejeon around 19:0 on January 27, 2017, the Defendant got the victim to look at the vehicle; (c) installed the GPS signal on the said car; and (d) cut away from the victim’s unfolded vehicle’s key to the market price; and (d) continued to steal the vehicle by having the victim wear the GPS signal apparatus on the said car.
2. 2. 15:00, through the tracking of the GPS signal installed as above, the victim’s market value in front of the H Hop House located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si was stolen by having the consignee drive the halog car in an amount of KRW 12,00,000,000.
