A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, it shall be gold.

On November 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months by the Jeonju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and such judgment becomes final and conclusive on November 15, 2013, and is currently under suspended sentence.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. From November 29, 2013 to December 5, 2012 of the same year, the Defendant driven the C& 100 Orala specified in paragraph (a) of Article 1 without obtaining a driver’s license for a motorcycle-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) for a section of approximately 2-3 km per day.

1. Special larceny;

A. On February 21, 2014, around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the JCA-100 Orabababa in the vicinity of Samnam apartment 101, which is located in Samnam-gun, Samnam-gun, Samnam-gun; (b) discovered the victim I’s market price located there; and (c) reported the network around H; and (d) the Defendant, upon reporting the kiba, carried the kiba in the way of walking and driving the kiba by linking the kiba with the electric wires after the end.

As a result, the defendant stolen the victim I's error in the victim's possession together with H.
