Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 18:30 on July 26, 2015, around the 18:50,000 won in total after opening the window, destroyed by cutting off the entrance door knife by a stone in order to enter the said house on the ground that the Defendant was a house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and caused damage to the said house on the ground that she was a house in which she had her live before her towing; and (b) cutting off the window, she laid down the screen, thereby damaging the property equivalent to KRW 1,550,00 in total.
