A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 1460] On November 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) while drunked at the C police box located in Jeonnam Sinpo-si B on the 17th day of November 22:13, 2019, the Defendant was able to obtain a request for returning home from the police officer D (mae, 54 years old) while taking a boom, she flag flag, A, A, flag, flag, flag, flag, flag, and flag during his/her duty at the bend box; and (b) the Defendant was able to obtain a request from the police officer for returning home from the police officer D (ma, 54 years old) while serving in the bend box.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on public peace and maintenance of order.

[2020 Godan172] From February 11, 2019 to February 10, 2020, the Defendant reported 112 from February 11, 2019 to that of February 10, 202, and, from February 10, 2020 to that of the 12:58 on February 10, 202, the Defendant provided a bath or took a walk by calling 112 over a total of 96 occasions from around 08:41 to around 12:58 on the same day.

At around 13:10 on February 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) heard the horses that “I wish to report to 112” from G police officers affiliated with G, who received 112 reports in front of the Defendant’s residence; and (b) assaulted the Defendant’s left eye of the said G on one occasion on the ground of a new attack.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties on the handling of 112 reports by the police officer due to violence.
