1. Fraud against the victim C;

A. On April 12, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement with the victim C’s house operation 301, Seo-gu, Daejeon District Court Decision 300,000 won to the victim after 2-3 days, stating that “I will make a full payment after 2-3 days if I lend 300,000 won to the victim’s house operation expenses. I would like to make a full payment in the middle of the hospital expenses. I would like to make a full payment after 2-3,000 won.”

In fact, even if the defendant borrowed money from the victim, he did not think of using the money to the father's hospital expenses. After 2-3 days, there was no reason that there was 240 million won or more, and there was no reason that there was a number of personal debts at the time, but did not pay the interest and principal, and there was no reason that the personal debts were more than 240 million won, and even if it was not prepared for living expenses, there was no intention or ability to pay it even if he borrowed money from the victim.

As such, the Defendant deceivings the victim, and then acquired 3 million won as the borrowed money from the victim, and acquired it by fraud.

B. On April 14, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would have repaid 2 million won to the Defendant, if he borrowed 2.5 million won, as he borrowed 2.5 million won as she borrowed her, if he/she borrowed her from his/her inside or her mother, with his/her father G located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, in the sick room where she was hospitalized by his/her father G.”

In fact, even if the defendant borrowed money from the victim, he did not want to use it in the agreed amount. At the time, he did not pay the interest and principal in spite of the amount of personal debt, and even if he borrowed money from the victim, the intention or ability to pay it.
