1. 특정범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한 법률위반( 위험 운전 치상) 피고인은 2017. 5. 18. 23:30 경 음주의 영향으로 정상적인 운전이 곤란한 상태인 혈 중 알콜 농도 0.207% 의 술에 취한 상태에서 B 쏘렌 토 승용차를 운전하여 부산 남구 대연동에 있는 구 남부 경찰서 앞 도로를 대연 교차로 방면에서 대남 교차로 방면으로 진행함에 있어 전방 주시 및 제동장치 조작을 제대로 하지 못한 과실로 피고 인의 차량 전방에서 신호 대기 중이 던 피해자 C(66 세) 이 운전하는 D 쏘나타 택시의 뒷 범퍼를 피고 인의 차량 앞 범퍼로 들이 받고, 위 쏘나타 택시가 앞으로 튕겨 져 나가 전방에서 신호 대기 중이 던 피해자 E(46 세) 이 운전하는 F 쏘나타 택시의 뒷 범퍼를 들이받게 하고, 다시 위 쏘나타 택시 차량이 앞으로 튕겨 져 나가 전방에서 신호 대기 중이 던 피해자 G(38 세) 이 운전하는 H 익스플로러 승용차 뒷 범퍼를 들이 받게 하였다.
