Examining the reasoning of the record, the court below was just in holding the Defendants not guilty on the ground that there is no evidence of a crime regarding the Defendants’ violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint confinement) and Defendant B’s obstruction of business among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
