Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:55 on October 2, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license, driven the ETB car from around 2.3 km to the front road of the D High School located in Ansan-si's member C from the front of the Gu of Ansan-si to the front road of the D High School in Ansan-si.
