A. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is a certified broker operating a certified brokerage office located in Busandong-gu, Busan. (hereinafter “H”); (c) as the owner of the instant factory site, mediated the real estate sales contract (hereinafter “the instant sales contract”); (d) purchased KRW 8.766 million from I, the representative director of H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”); and (e) around April 15, 2013, the Defendant was paid KRW 10 million with the agreed commission from F Co., Ltd.; (b) received KRW 78,894,000,000 from the F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”); and (c) received KRW 808,600,000,000 from the F Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”); and (c) did not receive the remaining description from G at the time of this case.
1) On September 14, 2012, the Defendant who forged a private document: Provided, That in light of the overall purport, record, etc. of the facts charged in the instant indictment, there is room to regard it as an error or clerical error in “assigning September 6, 2013” or a clerical error.
