A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or a trustee, shall commit any act of offering property or property benefits to persons who have issued sports promotion betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result thereof, and no person shall open gambling spaces for the purpose of profit-making;

The Defendant, along with B, C, D, E, F, G, etc., engaged in the operation of a private sports entertainment site in order to divide the proceeds therefrom. B shall exercise overall control over the management of shock and exchange amount, the supply of accounts to be used before shock and refund, and the operation of the gambling site, such as employment of employees, by withdrawing the proceeds acquired from the operation of the gambling site. C shall take charge of the overseas overall affairs while performing night work; E shall take charge of the affairs such as payment of wages to employees, withdrawal of earnings, shock and exchange amount, the supply and management of employees, and the recruitment of members; F shall take charge of the affairs such as payment of wages to employees; F shall take charge of the affairs; the Defendant, while working as the head of the day-time service team; G shall perform the affairs such as management of the customer center; G shall work as an employee; G shall take charge of collecting money from its members; and it shall perform the affairs such as reimbursement of off-to-door games; and it shall perform the affairs such as reimbursement of off-to-door games;
