The plaintiff has been awarded a contract with the defendant for the 47,300,000 won of the cost of the work at the site of the Hanbadong Mochip Model Construction Project. The plaintiff has been awarded a contract with the defendant for the 17,600,000 won of the cost of the construction at the construction at the site of Gwangju Tae-dong Machip Model Model Construction Project, and completed all the above construction. The fact that the plaintiff did not dispute between the parties or that the construction cost that was not paid by the defendant was 4,880,000 can be recognized in full taking into account the purport of the arguments in the evidence No. 1 to No. 44,880,000 of the cost of the construction at the site of the original payment order from June 15, 2016 to October 12, 2016, and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Commercial Act for the promotion of litigation.
