The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is a person engaged in manufacturing business, such as lives, in the trade name of G from the Chungcheongbuk-gun F. A.

On May 208, 2008, the Defendant made a false statement by phone call to the father I of the victim H in a place where he was not a policeman, and “I will make a full payment after lending money to the victim, if any, with interest on the loan of money, and after using it for a year.”

However, at the time, the Defendant was unable to pay the interest of other persons, including bonds, with a debt of more than one billion won, and the financial difficulties in the above business were serious to pay the price of G's household checks to other persons in order to pay the price of G's supply. Since the real estate owned by the Defendant was established with a large amount of security, it was not sold for a few years, there was no intention or ability to pay it even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim.

On June 17, 2008, the defendant prepared a notarial deed of KRW 20 million from the Cheongnam-ro 2097, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju-do, 2097, and received KRW 20 million from the victim and acquired it by cash.

B. On July 2008, the Defendant made a phone call to the victim at an unsound place and made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will lend money more interest than the lower one at this time.” On August 12, 2008, the Defendant prepared a notarial deed of KRW 20 million from the Cheongung Law Firm, and received KRW 7 million in cash from the Defendant’s name, and acquired KRW 20 million in total by transfer from the Defendant’s account to the Defendant’s account.

C. On September 2008, the Defendant made a phone call to the victim at a Haman’s place and made a false statement to the effect that “I will have no money, and even if I will receive a loan, I will have a lot of interest on the loan.” The Defendant is against the victim.
